of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CRM-M-
51900/2025 (O&M).
Apprehending arrest in connection with FIR
No.50/2024 registered at Police Station – Division
No.2, Distt. Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, for
the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465,
468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860,
the appellant preferred an application before the
High Court seeking anticipatory bail under Section
482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
(“BNSS” for short).
