passed in Civil Revision Application was challenged before Hon’ble
Apex Court.
In view of the order of Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal
No. 14574 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025, the parties is permitted to
deposit the Court fees as claimed by them.
In view of the same, party is permitted and the appeal to be
placed at its original position.
