    About ManMitra Educational Trust

    Mantra initiative has been taken for the purpose of advancement of education especially in the field of law and the well being of the society.

    The aim of the trust is to facilitate networking opportunities to the law students, practitioners and academicians for fostering and collaboration new ideas in the field by way of seminars, workshops and conferences.

    The trust also aims to establish resource centres dedicated to legal literature and research material for the law community.

    This initiative is led by Dr. Rashmi Singh Rana (Founder) and Dr. Seema Rani (Chairperson), with the support of Secretary Mr. Shreshthdeep Subaksh and Treasurer Mr. Shauryadeep Subaksh, to promote outreach activities in the legal field for societal awareness and benefit.

    About the Competition

    ManMitra Educational Trust is organizing a ‘Research Paper Competition 2026’ in the field of law. The competition aims to encourage academic discourse and innovation. All research scholars and students are invited to participate and submit their original research papers on the given broader themes.

    Eligibility

    The competition is open to all research scholars and students pursuing law from accredited institutions of India.

    Submission Guidelines

    • The paper must be original, unpublished, and not pending publication elsewhere.
    • The paper should be submitted in Ms-Doc only with the name of the file as the name of the main author e.g. rashmi.doc)
    • One author is allowed to submit only one paper as a main or co-author.
    • APA citation styles must be followed for referencing.
    • Plagiarism limit is 15% and there should be 0% AI content. Any work exceeding plagiarism of more than 15% shall be rejected.
    • The paper should be accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 250 words contains Objective of the research, methodology used, results and findings with originality or novelty of the research.
    • The first page of the paper should contain:
      • The title of the paper
      • Abstract
      • Keywords (Minimum 7)
      • Name of all the authors
      • Affiliation of the authors
      • Contact, e-mail, and address of the authors
    • The word limit of the paper shall not be less than 3000 words and shall not exceed 6000 words.
    • Co-authorship is allowed only up to two authors, i.e., one main author and one co-author.
    • The author will be intimated about their selection through email provided by the author.

    Review Process

    Submissions will be reviewed by our esteemed review committee. The papers will be selected based on originality of content, research depth, clarity of expressions, and novelty /relevancy of the theme to the contemporary issues in the prescribed field.

    The panel will have all the right to reject or select the paper. Authors of shortlisted papers will be required to present their work online in the month of June; the exact date will be announced later.

    Awards & Prizes

    • The top 3 papers will be awarded a certificate and cash prize-
      • 1st prize: Rs. 10000
      • 2nd prize: Rs. 5000
      • 3rd prize: Rs. 3000
    • All other selected papers/authors will be awarded with a certificate of participation/ contribution.
    • Also, selected papers will get a chance for publication of the research paper without any fee in a Peer-Reviewed Journal/ Edited Book, with the consent of the author, granting further recognition to the author.
    • Once the author consents to the publication, she/he may not be allowed to send the paper to any other journal for publication. (although this is not a final intimation for publication).

    Deadline

    • The last date for paper submission is May 2, 2026.
    • Selected papers will be intimated on June 2, 2026.
    • The online presentation of selected papers will be held in June 2026 (the exact date will be announced later).
