“The Company is currently in the process of examining the implications of the aforesaid dissolution and evaluating any necessary actions which may need to be taken in this regard,” Reliance Communications said in their exchange filing.

In a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, the company said the change in status of the Cyprus-based entity—from “Active” to “Dissolved”—came to its notice during a routine compliance review conducted through a consultant.

RCOM said it is currently examining the implications of the dissolution and evaluating any actions that may be required in this regard. The company clarified that no violation or contravention has been reported and that, at present, there is no material impact on its financials or operations.
