    that as soon as the necessary undertaking to remove all obstacles

    in the transitional and approach surfaces area is received from

    the State Government, the DGCA will process the execution level

    permission.

    2. Mr. Kumar, learned Advocate General seeks time to file an

    affidavit setting out the details how the progress of expansion of

    the runway will be done. Time granted. The same to be filed in the

    Registry before the next date, with an advance copy to the learned

    counsel appearing for the respective parties.

    3. With respect to paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed by Mr.

    Yobin, learned Amicus, learned Advocate General states that he

    will examine the same and inform the Court on the next date.

    4. The concerned officers of DGCA as well as of the State

    Government to remain present in Court or through VC on the

    next date.
