1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483
BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was
arrested in connection with FIR No. 44/2025 registered at Police
Station Bhawani Mandi District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under
Sections 420, 406 of IPC and the learned Trial Court amidst the
offences under Sections 420, 409, 468, 470, 471 of IPC dismissed
the bail application before it.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that
applicant is falsely implicated in the matter, and that he is a young
man aged about 28 years, who has to take care of his family. It is
submitted that the applicant is falsely implicated on pretext of
wrongful grant of loan worth Rs.7.19 lacs, while serving as
Manager. It is further submitted that the applicant is in custody

ever-since 09.02.2026, and that the matter is triable by
Magistrate First Class.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the instant
bail application.
4. Heard and considered.
5. Considering the overall facts and taking note of the fact that
the applicant is falsely implicated in the matter, and that he is a
young man aged about 28 years, who has to take care of his
family; that on pretext of wrongful grant of loan worth Rs.7.91
lacs, while serving as Manager the applicant is booked; that the
applicant is in custody ever-since 09.02.2026; that the matter is
triable by Magistrate, but without commenting anything on
merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the
accused-applicant on bail.
6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is
allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Ravindra Singh
S/o Shri Jagdish Singh shall be enlarged on bail provided he
furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of
Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his
appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing
as and when called upon to do so.
