1. Rule. Learned AGP Mr. Jay Trivedi waives service
of notice of Rule qua respondents.
2. As the issue involved in both the petitions is
identical and based upon the same set of facts and
materials, they are being disposed of by this common
order and the facts of Special Civil Application
No.480 of 2024 are taken in to consideration.
