1. By this order, we dispose of the above mentioned three
appeals emanating from the case filed under Section 21(4) of the
National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (for short ‘NIA Act’) bearing
RC No.24/2021/NIA/DLI dated 01.10.2021, wherein the applications
filed by the appellants praying for the grant of regular bail were
dismissed by the learned Special Judge, NIA, Punjab, SAS Nagar
(Mohali) vide impugned orders dated 11.11.2025, 29.01.2026 and
05.01.2026, respectively.
