with respect to the petitioner which
was instituted for the offence punishable under
section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise
Amendment Act.
B. For issuance of an appropriate writ,
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.239 of 2026 dt.03-07-2026
order or direction for quash all consequential
proceedings against the petitioner arising out
of the said FIR and for restraining the
respondents from taking coercive actions
against the petitioner in connection with
Barhara P.S case no.137/2025 which is
pending in the court of learned Exclusive
Special Excise Judge-I, Bhojpur at Ara at the
stage of investigation.
