1. By common judgment and decree dated 30.4.2007, the
learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Navsari dismissed Special
Civil Suit No.38 of 2003 (Old Special Civil Suit No.28 of 1995)
filed by the appellant herein against the respondents herein
and allowed Special Civil Suit No.39 of 2003 filed by the
respondents herein against the appellant herein and decreed
that the appellant herein would be liable to pay
Rs.16,90,608.27 paisa to Dang Zilla Panchayat with interest at
9% per annum from the date of filing of the suit till
realization.
