    1. In terms of the earlier order passed by this Court on 06.04.2026, President and the Secretary of the Revenue Bar Association, Lucknow are present and have passed over a resolution passed by them wherein a decision has been taken not to go on strike except in the rarest of rare cases. The said resolution is taken on record.

    2. An assurance has been given by the President and the Secretary of the Revenue Bar Association that they shall abide by the said resolution in letter and spirit.

    3. The said contention of the President and the Secretary are accepted on the face value.

    Re: Memo of Writ Petition:

    4. Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

    “i. Issue order or direction to Commanding and directing the opposite party No.1 to decide the pending in Appeal No. C202510000004516, U/s-24 (4) of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, Rajesh Kumar and others Vs Mohammad Danish and other, since the date of institution dated 23-09- 2025, filed by the petitioner which is still pending with in specific period as prescribed by the Hon’ble Court in the interest of Justice.

    ii. Issue order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No.1 to ignoring the fake and bogus bycott issued by the opposite party No.4 and direct the subordinate Additional Commissioner to sit in their courts properly and proceed legal work, in the interest of litigants.”

    5. Considering relief no.1, present petition is disposed off directing respondent no.1 to decide the pending appeal in accordance with law with all expedition without giving any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within a period of four months from today.

    6. Interim order granted earlier shall continue till disposal of the appeal.

    7. As regards relief no.2, in view of the resolution passed by the Revenue Bar Association, Lucknow that they will not call for strike except in rarest of rare cases, the said relief as claimed by the petitioner is disposed off with directions that the office bearers of the Revenue Bar Association, both present and in future, will not take any step for passing a resolution calling for boycott or strike, refraining from work.

    8. The President and the Secretary of the present bar association shall ensure that the resolution passed by them is obeyed in letter and spirit.

    9. It is directed that in future also, office bearer of all the bar associations wherever election is held shall file an affidavit in terms of the directions given by the Supreme Court in the case of Faizabad Bar Association v. Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh & Ors.; Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 19804-19805/2024, Dated 20.12.2024 within a period of three weeks from them being sworn in to the office.

    10. The said order, requiring the President and the Secretary of the bar association to file an affidavit within three weeks, shall be circulated and put on notice board and shall be part of election programme whenever the elections are being held.
