1. This Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 14-A of the
SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on behalf of the appellant
being aggrieved of the order dated 03.12.2025 passed by learned
Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Alwar
rejecting the bail application preferred on behalf of the appellant,

who is in custody in connection with FIR No.254/2023 registered
at Police Station Thanagaji, District Alwar for offences punishable

Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015). After completion of
investigation, police filed charge-sheet in this matter for offences
punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 354,
325, 324, 326, 307 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST
Act.
