1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,
1971, has been filed seeking the following prayers: –
“In view of the above, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court
be pleased to:-
a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors, who
willfully and deliberately did not follow the directions passed by this
Hon’ble Court vide judgment dated 15.12.2015 in W.P. (C) No. 11626
of 2015; and/or
