Mr. M. Gunedhor, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the
petitioner in El. Petn. No. 3 of 2022 and Mr. A. Mohendro, learned
counsel appeared on behalf of respondent No. 1. None appeared on
behalf of the other respondents.
The present El. Petn. No. 3 of 2022 has been filed
challenging the election of the respondent No. 1, viz., Sorokhaibam
Rajen Singh.
It has been submitted by both the counsel appearing for the
petitioner as well as the respondent No. 1 that the election of Shri
Sorokhaibam Rajen Singh has been challenged by another person by
filing El. Petn. No. 28 of 2022 and the said election petition has been
assigned and listed today before the Hon’ble Mr. Justice A. Guneshwar
