1. Order passed by this Court dated 22.05.2026 has not been complied with.
Mr. Happy Choudhary, Investigating Officer, who is present in person,
submits that he has recently joined on 20.06.2026, and this is the precise
reason for which the investigation could not be completed.
2. In the aforesaid backdrop, he seeks some time to complete the
investigation in the instant FIR bearing No. 0162/2021 dated 15.09.2021,
registered under Sections 419, 420, 181 & 34 of IPC. Time is extended by
two weeks as prayed for by way of last and final opportunity to complete
the investigation. Let a detailed status report be filed before this Court on
or before the next date of hearing positively.
3. Investigating Officer shall remain present along with the CD file on the
next date of hearing.
4. List on 29.07.2026.
5. Meanwhile, interim direction, if any, subsisting as on date, shall continue
to remain in operation.
