Testament of the deceased, namely Jogesh Chandra Roy.
The Testator, namely Jogesh Chandra Roy had last place of abode at
50/B, Raja S.C. Mallick Road, P.O.-Jadavpur University, Police Station-
Jadavpur, Kolkata – 700032. He breathed his last on 11 th July, 2001. He was
a Hindu governed by the Dayabhaga School of Hindu Law.
