has impressed upon the court that the cause of action to the
petitioner accrued only after publication of final answer key,
therefore, the petitioner has filed writ petition only after
publication of final answer key. The model answer key to
paper-I indicate that the final answer key remain same in
respect of question numbers 3, 30 and 95. It was also same
for question no. 84 of paper-II.
