Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks initiation of the contempt
proceedings against the respondent-Authorities for willful defiance of the
judgment dated May 12, 2016, rendered in SWP No. 964/2016 (Pooja Devi vs.
State & ors.).
A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the Writ
Court had disposed of the petition with a direction to the respondents to take an
appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with law.
Statement of facts on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has been
submitted. And, per which the claim of the petitioner was considered in the right
earnest and rejected vide a detailed order dated November 25, 2016 passed by
the Commissioner/Secretary to Government, School Education Department.
