    When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of

    the petitioner. This petition was filed in the year 2023, seeking to quash the

    F.I.R.No14 of 2020 of Police Station, Crime Investigation Department, (C.I.D.

    Mangalagiri), Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, and the matter has been

    pending for the last three years.

    2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for C.I.D., appearing on behalf of the

    State is in attendance.

    3. In that view, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner,

    this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

    Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

    closed.
