The petitioner – defacto complainant is before the Court
calling in question an order of the Additional District and
SPONSORED
Sessions Judge and Special Judge for POCSO Cases (FTSC-II),
Bengaluru Rural dated 20-02-2024, by which the concerned
Court declines to summon the Magistrate for examining the
veracity of the statement made by the victim under Section
164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (‘Code’ for short).
