    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

    2. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with
    Balumath P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021, registered for offences
    punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 & 120B of the I.P.C.
    and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(i), 26(2), 27 & 35 of the Arms Act
    and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, which is pending in the Court of
    learned C.J.M., Latehar.

    3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is
    innocent and has committed no offence at all rather he has been
    falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the
    petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2025. It is also submitted that
    several similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Sunil Ganjhu
    @ Sunil Ji @ Sunil Kumar Bhokta @ Sunil Kumar, Sahadev Ganjhu
    @ Ranjan Ji @ Ritesh Jit @ Raushan Ji @ Abhishek Ji, Bhairo
    Ganjhu @ Bhaskar jee @ Virappan Jee, Pradeep Ganjhu @ Prabhat
    Jee @ Pradeep Ku. Ganjhu, Ramesh Ganjhu @ Boda Jee, Babulal
    Ganjhu @ Marandijee and Ishwari Yadav @ Ishwar Yadav have
    been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated
    24.03.2025 passed in B.A. No. 2306 of 2025, order dated
    08.05.2024 passed in B.A. No. 3095 of 2024, order dated
    12.08.2025 passed in B.A. No. 2930 of 2025, order dated
    15.07.2022 passed in B.A. No. 6705 of 2022, order dated
    23.06.2023 passed in B.A. No. 5080 of 2023, order dated
    2026:JHHC:8268
    29.09.2023 passed in B.A. No. 8134 of 2023 and order dated
    04.02.2022 passed in B.A. No. 13086 of 2021 and the case of the
    petitioner stands on better footing. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate
    in the investigation and trial of the case and abides by all terms and
    conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be
    admitted to bail.

    4. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the
    petitioner.

    5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case
    and the fact that several similarly situated co-accused persons have
    been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court, I find
    substance in the contentions raised on behalf of petitioner.
    Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. The
    petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
    of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the
    like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in
    connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 with condition
    that petitioner shall appear physically on each and every date during
    the trial of case till its conclusion unless his physical appearance is
    dispensed with for sufficient cause to the satisfaction of the learned
    trial court and with further condition that petitioner shall not indulge
    in tampering with the prosecution evidence or influence the
    witnesses or gain over them.
