1. The Applicants, Pharmacy Council of India and All India
Council for Technical Education, seek extension of time
schedule for approval process of institutions, grant of
admission and completion of admission process laid down
by this Court fourteen (14) years ago in Parshavanath
Charitable Trust Vs. All India Council for Technical
Education, (2013) 3 SCC 385.
2. It seems that such applications have been filed in the
routine for the past few years.
3. This Court is of the considered view that extension of
even one deadline has a cascading effect, inasmuch as,
the last date for grant of refusal of approval by the
University/State Government, conduct of entrance
examination, counselling and last date for admission
get extended.
