1. Regular Second Appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “CPC”) has been filed by the
Plaintiff/Appellant, Sh. Parma Nand challenging the Judgement dated
24.01.2026, of the learned District Judge upholding the Judgement and
Decree dated 06.02.2018, whereby the Suit for Specific Performance filed
by the Plaintiff, was dismissed by the learned Civil Judge.
2. The Plaintiff had filed a Civil Suit bearing CS No. 184/2016 (New CS
No. 93462/2016) for Specific Performance of the Agreement to Sell dated
10.04.1986, against the Defendant/Respondent, Sh. Balram Bahri.
