1. The instant bail application has been filed against the order
of the Trial Court dated 13.04.2026 on behalf of the accused-
petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.
70/2024 registered at Special Police Station (SOG), District ATS
and SOG for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 419, 420,
467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC and under Sections 3, 4 and 6 of The
Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfairmeans) Act,
1992.
