Heard on I.A. No. 1/2026, application for conversion of writ
petition filed under Article 226 to Writ Petition under Article 227.
Ld. counsel for petitioner submits that according to the
decision of the Division Bench of this Court, the order passed by
the Board of Revenue is to be challenged in a writ petition filed
under Article 227 of Constitution of India and therefore application
be allowed and the petitioner be permitted to convert this writ
petition from WPC to WP(227).
