    The Tamil Nadu Legal Rights Consortium (TNLRC), functioning under the National Legal Rights Consortium of WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), is committed to promoting legal awareness, social justice, and community empowerment.

    TNLRC works towards bridging the gap between legal rights and practical access to justice, particularly for women and marginalized communities. Lex Lumen Research Journal (LLRJ) is a peer-reviewed legal journal dedicated to promoting quality legal research and academic discourse.

    It provides a platform for academicians, legal professionals, researchers, and students to publish and engage with contemporary legal issues. Together, TNLRC and Lex Lumen Research Journal aim to foster legal awareness, research, and meaningful discussions on contemporary legal and social issues.

    About the Event

    The Tamil Nadu Legal Rights Consortium (TNLRC), in association with the Lex Lumen Research Journal, is organizing a Panel Discussion on “Women in the Workforce: Challenges, Representation and Labour Law Perspectives.”

    The discussion will focus on workplace equality, women’s representation, labour law protections, POSH compliance, and the legal safeguards available to women in professional spaces. The session will feature an esteemed panel comprising:
