1. Petitioner, through the medium of this petition under Section 482 of CrPC,
seeks quashing of proceedings in an application seeking to enforce recovery of Rs.

7,00,000/- along with interest @ 7.5 % in terms of agreement, on the basis of
which, the complaint No.34/2023 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments
Act titled ‘Kritipal Sharma V. Kuldeep Raj Sharma’ was allegedly dismissed, in
terms of order dated 22.11.2023 and the subsequent issuance of notice/summons to
the petitioner, by virtue of which, the petitioner has been directed to cause his
appearance before court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Poonch.
