Job Description:
NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for a Paid Legal Internship at its New Delhi Office for the month of August 2026. Interns will gain practical exposure to legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interactions while working on high-stakes matters involving individuals, corporations, and government bodies.
Details:
• Position: Legal Intern
• Organisation: NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors
• Mode: In-Office
• Location: New Delhi
• Duration: 4 Weeks (Extendable based on performance)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
• Stipend: ₹5,000 (Payable upon successful completion of the internship)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, and other research tools
• Assist in drafting legal documents and pleadings
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings
• Support lawyers in case preparation and advisory work
Eligibility:
• Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
• Students in the 2nd year or Final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
• Preferred knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC)
• Basic proficiency in legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra
• Strong research, drafting, analytical, and time-management skills
