Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting company policies
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including vendor, franchise, management, and service contracts
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs
• Assisting with regulatory compliance matters
• Supporting legal due diligence exercises
Eligibility & Preference:
• Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Interest in corporate law
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach
• Candidates must bring their own laptop (BYOD)
