About the Internship :
The Chambers of Paras Mohan Sharma is inviting applications from law students for a remote internship in Civil and Commercial Litigation. The internship is designed for law students seeking practical exposure to litigation and an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of legal practice beyond academic study.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Have a strong interest in civil procedure and commercial law.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research.
(ii) Prepare case briefs.
(iii) Draft pleadings and applications.
(iv) Compile records and case materials.
(v) Assist in ongoing matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
(vi) Undertake additional assignments as entrusted by the Firm from time to time.
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
