    2. By filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution
    of India, the petitioner, namely, Suktara Begum, has assailed the impugned ex
    parte opinion dated 12.12.2012, passed by the learned Member, Foreigners
    Tribunal, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar, in Case No. FT/H/1006/2007- State v. Abdul
    Karim, by which Abdul Karim, the petitioner’s father was declared to be a
    foreigner who has entered into India after 25.03.1971.
