The Writ Petition No.16043 of 2016 is filed by the petitioners
with the following prayer:
“Issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more
particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring
the action of the 2nd respondent rejecting the admission of
the petitioners vide Procds No.TSCHE/TSEAMCET
2015/ENGG/JNTUH /SDEW/SW-I/175 Dated 20.03.2016 as
being illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and set aside the said
rejection Proceedings and consequently direct the
respondents to treat the High School Diploma accredited by
Northwest Accreditation Commission as equivalent to
Intermediate Course of Telangana State and further direct
the respondents to forthwith ratify and approve the
admission of the petitioners and to treat the admissions as
valid for all purposes and pass”
