    Mr. Th. Ningtamba, learned counsel representing the
    Advocate on record appearing for the petitioner is before this court and
    Mr. A. Jagjit, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent.

    By an order dated 25-07-2025 passed by this court in the
    present Revision Petition, these matters were referred to the Mediation
    Centre at the High Court of Manipur to explore the possibility of an
    amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

    It has been submitted by both the counsel appearing for the
    parties that the mediation proceeding was unsuccessful and the
    Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, returned back the
    record of the present Revision Petition and the connected application
    as the mediation process was unsuccessful.

    Today, both the learned counsel appearing for the parties
    jointly submitted that the parties are willing to go for another mediation
    proceeding as there is likelihood of an amicable settlement of
    the dispute between the parties through mediation proceeding. Both
    the learned counsel, accordingly, prays for referring these matters for
    mediation proceeding.

    In view of the submission made by the learned counsel
    appearing for the parties, registry is directed to refer these matters to the
    Mediation Centre, High Court of Manipur, for exploring the possibility of
    an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

    The petitioner as well as the respondent are to be present
    before the appointed Mediator on 17-08-2026 at 01:30 PM.

    The Mediator is requested to submit the report on or before
    17-09-2026 and registry is directed to list these cases again on
    21-09-2026.
