About the Workshop
The Centre for Research on Intellectual Property Rights (CRIPR), Unitedworld School of Law (UWSL), Karnavati University, in proud collaboration with the Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST), is honored to announce a one-day intensive online workshop and abstract presentation series. This program explores the vital role of Intellectual Property (IP) laws within academia and the broader innovation ecosystem.

The program is designed to provide a foundational understanding of how legal frameworks intersect with academic research and creative projects. By linking core IP concepts to present-day concerns, it aims to foster a rigorous and practical dialogue on the future trajectories of research commercialisation.

Eligibility & Mode
- The workshop is open to Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students, as well as research scholars and faculty members from any discipline.
- Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors per submission
- Presentations will be conducted online on 24th April 2026. Each author will be allotted 10–12 minutes for their presentation, followed by a Q&A session.
