    This internship is designed as a online academic programme, combining guided lectures by Subhranil Bhowmik ( Founder of I.E.R.L) with research-oriented exercises, enabling participants to develop a deeper understanding of legal principles, judicial reasoning, statutory interpretation, and academic analysis.

    • Week 2: Analyzing the technicalities of judicial judgments — ratio decidendi, obiter dicta, framing of legal questions, and judicial narration, with special reference to Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala
    • Week 3: Tracing the evolution of the definition of crime through historical and jurisprudential developments
    • Week 4: Exploring the substantive and procedural essence of law
