    Cril. Petn. No. 38 of 2026 Contd…/-

    -2-

    under Sections 16/20 of the Unlawful Activities
    (Prevention) Act, 1967 and Section 25(1-B) of the Arms
    Act, 1959
    at Annexure A/1;

    (b) Quash all consequential criminal proceedings arising
    therefrom;

    (c) Pass appropriate order holding that the continued
    investigation after non-compliance of the earlier order of

    deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”

    [2] It is on record that the present petitioner had already filed

    a petition before this court registered as Cril. Petn. No. 23 of 2025

    seeking therein the same reliefs, which are sought herein, i.e., for

    and rejected by this court in the earlier judgment and order dated

    28-11-2025.
