Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
APP for the State.
2. Issue notice to Opposite Party No. 2 by both the
processes, i.e. ordinary as well as registered post with A/D, for
which necessary requisites shall be filed in the Registry within a
period of two weeks after annual vacation.
3. Matter be listed after service of notice/appearance
of Opposite Party No. 2. or on 08.07.2026, whichever is earlier.
4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with
Maranga P.S. Case No. 55 of 2026, registered under Sections
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34899 of 2026(2) dt.20-05-2026
143, 145, 144, 64, 70, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3,
4, 5 & 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, Sections 4, 6,
8, 12 & 17 of the POCSO Act, Section 75 & 79 of the Juvenile
Justice Act.
