1. The instant petition is for the following reliefs:-
“(i) May kindly quash the FIR No.1348/2024, PS Nihal Vihar under
section U/S: 498A/406/34 IPC, Delhi against the Petitioners, in the
interest of justice.
(ii) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper
may also be passed in favour of the petitioners.”
2. Petitioner no. 1 and respondent no.2 are present in Court, however,
remaining petitioners are present through Video Conferencing. Petitioners
and respondent no.2 have been identified by the Investigating Officer of the
case as well as by their respective counsel.
