1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of
the Constitution of India (“the Constitution”) seeking the following
prayers:-
“(i) Direct Respondent No. 1 to correct the information on
the Master Data Form of Three C Shelters Pvt Ltd and
remove the name of Mr Rajiv Baisoya reflecting as a
director;
(ii) Direct Respondent No. 1 to remove the name of all such
additional directors, including that of Mr. Girish Chander
Joshi, whose tenure has been expired and their name is still
reflecting on the portal of Respondent No. 1;
