    1. Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0229/2024 dated
    30.03.2024, registered at Police Station Dayal Pur, for commission of
    offences under Sections 380/448/457/506/120B/34 IPC, along with all
    consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise
    arrived at between the parties.

    2. In terms of order dated 15.01.2026 in Criminal Appeal No.256/2026
    passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, petitioner No.1 had been directed to
    surrender and she has yet not surrendered.

    3. The abovesaid application has been filed seeking stay of the
