‘Miscellaneous Case’ (‘MC’ for the sake of convenience) applicants, Mr.

Court (Physical Court) in MC(PIL) No. 5 of 2026.

Nos. 5 and 6 are before this Court (Physical Court) in W.P.(C) No. 345
of 2026.
[3] Adverting to afore-referred earlier proceedings dated
16.06.2026 made in PIL No. 5 of 2025, all the afore-referred counsel
request for tagging of all captioned matters. This Court examined this
common/joint request and on finding that there is substantial overlap

of issues accedes to the joint/common request. All captioned matters
now stand tagged.
[4] Be that as it may, Ms. Jyotsana, learned State counsel
requests for time to get further instructions, complete pleadings and
brief learned senior advocate and learned Addl. AG who is leading her.
In this regard, in the light of apprehension expressed by Mr. Serto T.
Kom, learned counsel, Mr. M. Devananda, learned Additional Advocate
General, on instructions submits that order dated 10.06.2025 bearing
reference No. TA-5/1/2025-e-TA & H which has been impugned in
W.P.(C) No. 345 of 2026 is now operating and the same will continue
to operate without any change till next listing This submission made at
the Bar by learned Addl. AG is recorded.
[5] Afore-referred tagged matters stand adjourned at the
request of learned State counsel.
