The petitioner is before the Court seeking the following
prayer:
“WHEREFORE the Petitioner most humbly Prays that this
Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set aside the order
dated 17.12.2025 passed by the Hon’ble FTSC-I, Addl.
CC and Sessions Judge Bengaluru in
Spl.CC.No.747/2024, and permit the Petitioner to cross
examine the CW-10, CW-11 and CW-12 on a single day
in the Interest of Justice and Equity.”
