1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Following substantial questions of law arise for determination in
this appeal:
a. Whether the provisions of the Agrarian Reforms Act, 1976
oust the jurisdiction of the Civil Courts in respect of land
mutated under Sections 4 & 8 of the said Act?
b. Whether Sections 19 (3) (e) and 25 of the Agrarian Reforms
Act, 1976 operate to oust the jurisdiction of Civil Courts
even in cases involving a simpliciter suit for permanent
prohibitory injunction in respect of agricultural land?
