About CIPR 2026
Intellectual Property Rights have become a cornerstone of innovation-driven economies. The rapid advancement of technology, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, digital commerce, pharmaceuticals, and sustainable innovation has created new legal challenges that require balanced and forward-looking legal responses.
The protection of intellectual property must encourage innovation while ensuring equitable access to healthcare, safeguarding public interest, protecting traditional knowledge, preserving biodiversity, and promoting sustainable development. International instruments such as the TRIPS Agreement, WIPO treaties, and national legislations continue to evolve in response to changing global realities.
The National Conference aims to provide an academic platform for researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry experts, and students to deliberate upon emerging issues in Intellectual Property Rights and explore legal solutions that balance innovation, public health, and sustainable development.

Call for Papers
Original and unpublished research papers are invited from academicians, research scholars, legal practitioners, industry professionals, policymakers, and students. Co-authorship is permitted, with a maximum of two authors.

Formatting Guidelines
- Word limit: 2,000–4,000 words, including footnotes
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Footnotes: Font size 10 with single-line spacing
- Citation style: Indian Law Institute style or OSCOLA, 4th Edition
Submission Guidelines
- The abstract must not exceed 200 words.
- The abstract must contain the title of the paper and the authors’ details.
- Submissions will be evaluated and selected purely on the basis of merit and originality by a team of experts.
- The list of sub-themes is not exhaustive. Papers on other contemporary issues relating to Intellectual Property Rights are also welcome.
- The paper must be original and must not be simultaneously considered by any other seminar, conference, journal, book chapter, or similar publication.
- Similarity in the main content must not exceed 15%.
- AI usage must be below 10%.
- Certificates of Merit will be awarded to the top five presenters or papers.
- E-certificates will be provided to all participants.

- Participation without paper presentation: ₹200
Registration Process
Participants whose abstracts are accepted must complete the registration process by paying the applicable registration fee and submitting the required registration details and payment proof through the designated registration form.
Those who wish to participate without presenting a paper may register under the participation category.

How to Submit?
Abstracts and full research papers must be submitted through the respective online Google Forms provided by the Organising Committee.
Abstracts must be submitted by August 3, 2026. Upon acceptance, authors must complete their registration by August 12, 2026, and submit the full paper by August 20, 2026.
