1. Above referred three applications under Section 482 CrPC / 528 BNSS pertain to one and the same case and thus, these applications are being decided by this common judgment.
2. Application under Section under section 482 CrPC No. 26585 of 2024 has been preferred on behalf of applicants, namely, Mohd Inam, Mehmood Ali and Mohd. Wajid against cognizance / summoning order dated 22.03.2024, passed by learned Special Judge (Anti Corruption Act) CBI, Court No.2, Ghaziabad in Criminal Misc. Case No. 01 of 2023 (CBI Vs. Ajay Kumar Singh and Others), arising out of R.C.-6(A)/2019/CBI/SC-III/New Delhi, Final Report No. 37 of 2022, dated 31.12.2022, under Sections 120-B, 420 I.P.C. and Section 13(2) r/w 3(1)(D) of Prevention of Corruption Act, as well as for quashing of entire proceedings of aforesaid case.
