1. Appellants are decree holders who have filed these appeals from order
challenging the common judgment and order dated 05.05.2022 passed in
Regular Civil Appeal Nos. 15/2020, 16/2020, 17/2020, 18/2020, 19/2020,
20/2020 and 21/2020 by Additional District Judge-1, Malshiras. By the said
common judgment and order, appeals filed by various objectors were allowed
and the matter was remanded back to the Trial Court with a direction to
decide all objections by following procedure laid down under Order 21, Rule
AO-835-2022-group (J) C4.doc
100 to 103 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ( ‘CPC’ for short). Execution
proceedings are stayed until full and final disposal of the objections. The
objections were directed to be decided expeditiously.
