1. By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in
connection with FIR No. 283/2025, dated 09.07.2025, registered at Police
Station Mansarovar Park, under Sections 420/468/120B/34 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”].
2. The petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated
06.10.2025, inter alia recording as follows:
“6. Mr. Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned Senior Advocate appearing
on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present FIR has been
lodged with mala fide intent and is a result of property dispute
