01. This Court with effect from order dated 09.02.2026 has
started showing indulgence in the matter and, accordingly, the
investigation is going ahead, but in the meantime the petitioner is
asking for pre-arrest bail apprehending that by reference to the
suicidal death of Ms. X (a girl of minor age), at the relevant point of
time being 16 years’ old, he is being falsely implicated at the
instance of the family members in particular the brother-Abdul
Rashid (the complainant) of the victim deceased, at whose instance
FIR No. 0021 of 2023 was registered by the Police Station
Dharamkund, district Ramban originally for alleged commission of
offence under section 363 Indian Penal Code (IPC) but presently
investigation being sourced to section 305 India Penal Code (IPC).
