2. This writ petition has been filed with seeking following relief :- “To issue appropriate order or direction to the Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Court No. 10 Deoria to expeditiously decide the Suit No. 627 of 2023 within the stipulated period as fixed by this Hon’ble Court.
To issue an appropriate order of status quo restraining the respondents from selling, transferring, alienating or creating any third party interest in Arazi No. 57 area 0.5910 hectare till the final disposal of the present case.”
