Heard on I.A.No.8804/2024, which is an application for exemption
from filing original agreement.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
Applicant is exempted from filing the original agreement.
The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section
11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as
‘the Act of 1996’ for the sake of brevity) for appointment of an arbitrator to
resolve the dispute arose pursuant to the concession agreement dated
4.4.2002 (Annexure A/1).
